The manager Shad is incredibly kind and helpful. Every time my husband and I come in, he always has a smile on his face and make his customers feel welcomed in such a big space with a large collection of items to purchase. I’m appreciative of his patience when I’m trying to pick out the right products, as certain aspects play a crucial role in what I’m going to buy. Havana Palace is the place to go for what you need!
