They should definitely have some popular middle-eastern items on the menu, rather than a full ‘Italo-Americani’ menu, which is a bit odd for a middle-eastern Hookah Lounge! Service can be a bit faster too…and lastly, the Valet parking is a bit of an overkill! Otherwise, Cool looking place, Nice vibes, Good Shisha✨

Absolutely terrible experience from the moment we walked in. The hostess was beyond rude and unprofessional. We greeted her politely and she completely ignored us. We asked for a table for two, and instead of speaking to us properly, she grabbed the menus, walked off, dumped them on a random table, came back to the host stand, and simply pointed at the table she decided to give us without even asking if we were okay with it. No hospitality, no manners, nothing. We literally had to call the waiter over and complain about her attitude and request another table. Service only got worse from there. We ordered two hookahs and once they delivered them, nobody came back to check on us. No charcoal replacement, nothing. We had to wave people down several times just to get charcoal. Completely inattentive staff. Then the food came. I ordered the truffle fries, which normally come with mushrooms. I asked the server about it and instead of simply checking, he tried to act clueless and argue about it. I literally had to point at the menu to show him what it says because he was clearly making things up. After that he suddenly said he would “talk to the chef” and bring mushrooms on the side. The fries themselves were horrible and cold. What made the experience even worse is that no manager came to the table to apologize or even acknowledge the situation, even after the server confirmed that he informed the manager about our complaints. That alone says everything about how this place is being managed. I used to be a regular customer here, but I stopped coming because the service kept getting worse. We decided to give the place another chance after hearing there was new ownership and at first it seemed slightly better, but clearly nothing has changed. The service is horrible, the food quality dropped badly, and the overall experience was embarrassing. This is exactly why so many businesses in Dearborn and Dearborn Heights end up losing customers. Some owners think customers will continue coming no matter how bad the service gets or how many bad reviews people leave. They stop caring, stop responding, and ignore the feedback until eventually the business starts falling apart. We will never come back and I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.

We ordered two chicken flatbreads, but we had to wait an extremely long time to receive our food. When the order finally arrived, one of the flatbreads didn’t even have any chicken in it. We informed the staff about the mistake, and they told us they would remove that item from the bill. However, after I paid, someone who identified himself as the manager came over and said they would not remove the charge after all and insisted that I pay for the flatbread. This was very unprofessional and frustrating. When I said we would never come back, the manager replied, “It’s better if you don’t come back.” That comment was disrespectful and made all of us feel unwelcome. The way we were treated made our entire group feel discriminated against. I can’t say for certain what motivated the behavior, but it left us feeling deeply disappointed and uncomfortable. I hope the management takes customer service more seriously because no one should leave a restaurant feeling this way. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the service throughout the visit was great. They made sure everything was taken care of and were always helpful whenever we needed anything.
