I used to come here every weekend, but I stopped because of the service. Unfortunately, I still don’t see much improvement. The location is great, the food is very good, and the decor is nice. I came back today because my friends were already here to watch a live game. However, the sound stopped for about 15 minutes, and the game stream kept freezing throughout the event. It was very frustrating and made it difficult to enjoy the experience. I hope management addresses these issues because this place has a lot of potential.

We visited this spot last night and had a mixed experience. To start, the atmosphere was a bit too loud for my liking. Regarding the hookah, it wasn't the best I've had; I feel the staff should have attended to it more frequently. The coals burnt out within 13 minutes, and for the price—which felt a bit expensive compared to similar places in the area—I expected better maintenance and longevity. On the positive side, the food was good and the portions were adequate, whether it was the specialty items or the standard salad. I also have to mention that the mango juice was the absolute highlight of the night—easily the best thing I’ve had there so far. I’m not trying to post a negative comment or downgrade the establishment, but I wanted to share my honest experience regarding the service and the noise level

The people that work there are so nice and funny. There is a waiter her name is farah she was very nice with us. The place feels homey. And the food is so good. Surprised at how good the food was given the large menu selection.

This place definitely fell off.. I came here today for my birthday and first off I’ve never been to a lounge where you can’t smoke anything but hookah? I know the servers are trying do their jobs but after the first warning where you threaten to kick us out you don’t have to keep circling around watching us and peaking over the booth. It’s annoying and uncomfortable. Other than that our server did an amazing job. Towards the end though. The owner had our server come up to us and tell us we had to pay our bill right away because she was getting off her shift. My friends had just left before to go smoke outside. So while we waited on them we had like 3 servers stare at us and one of them say “the owner said if your friends don’t hurry and come back nobody else at the table is to leave.” That’s so unprofessional it’s not like we were walking out we were just sitting there of course we’re going to pay and not only that yall put us on the spot.

Good hooka, it is a good place to go to during the week. It is crowded during weekends. People very friendly. I love this place
