I usually never leave reviews, and in fact this is the first Google review I’ve ever written, but Ali absolutely deserves it. From the moment I walked in Ali went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge professionalism, and customer service are honestly second to none. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. I’ve been to a lot of smoke shops, and the difference here is the experience. Ali takes the time to answer questions, recommend products, and make everyone feel welcome. He never makes you feel rushed and always treats people with respect. The store is well stocked, organized, and has a great selection, but what keeps me coming back is Ali himself. Good customer service is rare these days, and exceptional customer service is even rarer. Ali sets the standard. If you’re looking for a smoke shop with great products and even better service, this is the place to go. Thanks again, Ali, for always taking care of your customers. You’ve definitely earned this 5-star review.

I had an amazing experience here. This is honestly one of the best smoke shops in Wayne County. The shop was clean organized and has a great selection of products. Ali went above and beyond with customer service. He took the time to help me out explain the products and even signed me up for their rewards system so I can save money on future visits. You can tell he really cares about the customers and takes pride in his job. If customer service matters to you, Ali is the guy to see. He made the whole experience easy and welcoming. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely takes care of people the way he does. If I could rate this place 6 stars I absolutely would. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Wayne County! This is gonna be my spot now I really want Ali to see this Ali is the best distributor

I came across smoke stop for the first time of my life. I got hookah cups for the boys when we were chilling in the garage I came across a kid named Joma. He was very normal and he was very respectful. He was very good at what he does, he’s very successful and what he does. It was the best smoke stuff I’ve ever heard in the best orange that I’ve ever had in my entire life thank you to Mr. Joma for his excellent services
