Honestly, the new owner is amazing. You can tell right away that he actually cares about people, not just the business. He takes his time with every customer and makes sure everything is done right. What really stands out is how much effort he puts into what he makes. He’s not rushing anything, he’s focused on quality, and it shows. The orange head he makes is easily the best in the city right now. Best hookahs too!

The new owners at Flames Hookah are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really makes a difference! I recently bought an orange head, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time—smooth, flavorful, and perfectly done. They also offer to cut and dry your tobacco, which is such a convenient bonus. If you’re looking for quality products and great customer service, I definitely recommend checking them out for all your smoke and vape needs!

Flames Hookah in Dearborn Heights is my go-to smoke shop. Their orange heads were on point—smooth, fresh, and just what I was after. The staff knew their stuff, and the vibe was easy. If you’re into hookah, this is where you grab your gear.

The best hookah shop and the new ownership made me love the place even more. Wouldn't go anywhere else.🔥
