Totally horrible!! My boyfriend and I tried 3 times to give them a chance and every time they were horrible. First time there was poor communication and their glass product broke before we even left the parking lot. Second time they yelled at us for trying the vape we just purchased from them on the way out, like they totally berated us. It’s a vape store. The clerk herself just vaped behind the counter hence why we thought it was ok. Last time we went to refill my lighter and they said they didn’t offer refills nor sell butane. So we are officially giving up on this store. Don’t go here. You will be disappointed.

DO NOT SHOP HERE for anything with hookah! Always came here for hookah but since they became under new management, the people do not know how to make hookahs! Hookah water was frozen and hookah did not hit! Came to get a new one and the arab girl said she couldn’t do nothing about it!

My girlfriend loves going here. Loves their orange heads but decided to try a pineapple head this time in the Miami Heat flavor which she seems to be enjoying beyond reason lol

I only shop there if Madi there, she the only one who knows how to make my hookah how I like it
