Customer service is wonderful, I come all the way from Lansing, and this the only location I prefer.

To the owner of this business: I dont know what these other reviewers standard of custumer service is but when I went into your 7 mile location the other day, no one said a word to us while we where there, we even stood at the counter. There was a gentlman helping someone so that was understandable but there were 2 other ppl behind the counter, one sitting on her phone and I dont know what the other person was doing. We inquired about a certain wrap, they did answer us but that was it. When we walked out no one said a word again. We came in through the alley entrance and were a bit confused as well because the lay out of the store makes it look like you are going behind the counter. I would love to patronize this establishment but not if I dont even feel welcomed.

Its always dirty ..its always somebody lingering around and don't go on weekends its a party and no service

Customer service is wonderful. Merchandise is excellent, but it’s always a crowd of people there and they are not customers.
