Bazil is great! Hot too! 10/10 smoke shop

Bought a can of supposedly premium butane. It would not fill 2 different types of lighters, got back blow on each. Brought back to store and clerk tried it with no success. Took another can off the shelf, same issue. Would not give an exchange or refund, said it's the owners policy. Went to Wild Bills and bought a can of Xikar, no issue. Will not set foot in this shop again.

Always a great experience when stopping here. Basil always has a great attitude! Good customer service goes a long way!

My boyfriend and I went In to look and we seen a butain lighter we liked, he didn't know what color he wanted and the lady helping us said there are 2 so I said I liked the blue one and her attitude was rude and not needed, I will not be going back there and I do and will not recommend you to anyone else either, your employee was rude for absolulty no reason but yet was nice to my boyfriend, I was going to give her a nice few words but decided not to! Please make better decisions on who you hire!!
