I arrived as they opened on Sunday, despite that, Matt was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Matt made my shopping experience pleasurable, and ensured my return business regardless of distance or convenience. Thank you Matt for brightening my day, and making my shopping experience memorable!

I’m a brand new customer but I will most definitely be a repeat customer! I live in Lapeer and none of the local vape shops had what I needed so I started calling non-local shops. This was maybe the 5th or 6th non-local shop I called (5th, 6th in line based on distance from home) and not only did they have what I needed but Victoria made the experience with them exceptional! And that’s saying a lot considering our interactions have only been over the phone thus far so I can imagine that their (or at least Victoria’s lol) in-person customer service must be phenomenal! If I don’t make it in the store this evening, I will be headed there tomorrow and I’m glad I found a vape shop that not only has a wide variety of products but is also very customer service oriented! Thank you again, Victoria! Your willingness to go above and beyond for me has bought your workplace a repeat customer. Actually, two.. myself and my girlfriend. Wherever I shop for vapes, that’s where she gets hers as well. :D

Great store for Vape needs. Ronaldo was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous providing excellent customer service. Helped me make choices based off of my questions, and provided suggestions for the items I was looking for. Went the extra mile and said he would order extra items in the line of products that might be helpful down the line. Definitely my go to place now for replenishments. Store was clean and very well organized. Thanks!

Just went into this shop for the first time they have everything from A-Z. The owner of the shop was really cold and knowledgeable. He set me up with a new kit and took his time to show me all of the features on the device. Very pleased will be back again!

Awesome place, great selection, they always have whatever I need. Staff is really chill (shoutout to David especially, Thanks if you see this!)
