I’ve been coming to this smoke shop since 2023, and Manny is the main reason why. I called the store one night to see what time they closed and he said 5 minutes and I was 10 minutes away. Not knowing me from a can of paint, he still stayed over an extra 5 minutes just so I could shop and he has been great ever since. He’s easily one of the friendliest and most helpful staff members I’ve ever met in any smoke/cigar shop. His exceptional service keeps me coming back, and I highly recommend this place. Update 2/20/2026: I’m not in the area much these days, but I told him that anytime I’m nearby, I’ll definitely stop in. Thank you for the sticks my guy!

I LOVE SMOKIN’ BEAR! Best glass around. They always have my penjamin batteries in stock. The smoke free candles are the best. Manny is seriously the best - always extra happy and always makes sure I’m taken care of to the best of his ability. 😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Manny was awesome. Super helpful, super patient, and actually took the time to explain everything instead of rushing me out the door. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about helping people find what they want. They have very low prices also! I was impressed. Great experience overall — I’ll definitely be back. If Manny’s there, you’re in good hands.

Its not common that you leave a business with a smile nowadays, but thats exactly how my experience was here! Seriously the SWEETEST bunch of employees I've ever met. I had been calling shop after shop all morning looking for a certain vape (Raz Strawberry Ice). They were the 27th shop I called - no exaggeration. They actually had what I wanted and plenty of them. When I got there they remembered me calling even though it was about an hour later, EVERYONE working wished me a happy new year, they gave me a card and said they will do everything they can to get more of my vapes in stock...and I actually believe them! As I was leaving they even gave me 2 vapes for free!! If you live near or far (I live in Jackson) I 100% recommend coming here! The service is amazing, the products are top notch, they have a TON of stock, and I guarantee you'll leave with a smile just like I did!

I cannot believe I’ve never been in this place until now. I highly recommend this shop for any smokers out there! I will definitely be a long term returning customer now. I was amazed at the selection of pieces/variety as well as some of their prices. Definitely 5 star rating and one of the best smoke shops I’ve been to.
