Everyone here is always kind and acommodating. Last time I went in, Kyle was very helpful when I was picking out a hand pipe. The owner is super nice and they both dealt with my husband's sense of humor! A+!

I only gave 4 stars because it depends on the store you visit I only shop at Wild Bills, nowhere else, because of the usually great service I receive. The Saint Clair Shores 1 shop and the Roseville at Kelly and 10 mile are by far the friendliest and most helpful. Love you guys and gals!

They need to just go back to selling tobacco, can no longer can be called a vape store, hardly carry any juices anymore or replacement coils, never anything in stock.

I read the lowest reviews and can't believe they say anyone in here is rude. I love this store. No matter how bad of a day I have they always make me smile. Raven and Ewan, you guys are so friendly! Tabitha is very sharp with my dry sense of humor and Natalie is so nice, too. Keep up the good work all of you. I appreciate it more than you can know!

I had such a great experience at Wild Bill’s Tobacco thanks to Ewan! I came in looking to try a few new cigars, and he went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge of cigars is seriously impressive—he took the time to explain the differences in flavor profiles, origins, and strengths, and really listened to what I was interested in. Ewan didn’t just recommend his favorites—he tailored his suggestions to my taste and made me feel completely at ease, even though I’m still learning. I walked out with a perfect selection and a lot more confidence in what I like. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and cares about giving customers a great experience.
