Employees are so nice, extremely helpful, if you're not sure what you want and you're searching for a product, you don't feel rushed. Specifically a main employee named Grace has such sweet and kind vibes. I love it when she works because she's always happy to see her customers happy to help them and always tells you to be safe! A+++++

Not good customer service, very disappointing. And I’m someone that always tries to be understanding. But, when I just make a purchase, within 24 hours, and my product/device stops working, you would “think” they’d try to be accommodating. Nope. I took it back, said I just made a purchase within the last 24 hours, and now it’s not working. Girl shrugs her shoulders and says, “sorry, can’t help you.” I mean, atleast take a look at it for me. And I didn’t even want a refund, just an exchange. Nope, can’t help you. Well, that’s too bad and disappointing. Because, I’m certainly not going to support a business that can’t even at least take a look at my device. Then she was like, have a nice day, like in a condescending, snarky way. Yeah lady, sure, I’ll have a lovely day, leaving your store with a broken product that I JUST purchased. I left, and drove down the street to another Vape shop, “Hurricane Vape.” Which by the way, blew Puff Zone away. Their Customer Service was great! And they warranty their products. AND they were cheaper. While at Hurricane Vape, customers overheard me talking about Puff Zone, and said Puff Zone doesn’t care. Because they’re next door to a busy bar, and open till 2 am. Business won’t be hurting because of this. So sad they have that attitude, because we have a 4 person household, that buys merchandise regularly.

Very nice store, good products, however, the girl who worked there treated me, no exaggeration, the worst I’ve ever been treated in a store, in my whole life. Unnecessarily, not just rude, but honestly mean. Whoa. Okay, so I went back and today, the lady that helped me was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. So, I upped to 4 stars.

I stopped in at almost 1am this morning (2-19) and the customer service representative working.. was amazing! And I mean this poor girl, looked like she was ready for a nap today and tomorrow. I was my normal "squirrel in rush hour traffic" self.. and I had never been there! Drove almost 20 minutes from Holland, Ohio to the Lewis Ave location. I apologized over and over to her for my indecisiveness.. she was sweet. Just kept saying "No need to be sorry" "you're fine" etc.. I asked her if she had been on the floor since the store opened. She said yes.. I just wanted to wrap her in a burrito blanket and let her relax. The store looked AMAZING. From the store front entrance to the immaculate and finger print free display cases .. she seriously can't be over 28 years old... She's the reason that I now, will travel 20+ minutes each way to get my nicotine fixes.. give that kick ass girl a promotion/raise! (P. S. I hope she got to watch the backs of her eyelids all day today!) (I bought the Strawberry Blast Raz Vue and the Sour Apple Ice Raz Vue kits) I'm satisfied with the product. Just wish they weren't $48 for two though! Anyyyyywayyyy.... THAT GIRL IS A GEM 💎

Lady behind the counter was mad that I was asking about a discount offer I received from puff zone. How bad does your life have to be to get mad about questions? She was mad that she had to lift her head up from her phone and move her body back to the register. Life is hard for some.
