Everett was so welcoming and very knowledgeable when it came to recommendations. Also loved the atmosphere with being able to buy a drink while smoking my fave cigars! Great overall selection! Will absolutely come back when we are in town.

I’ve been coming to Goodfellas Fine Cigars for a while, and the difference under the new management has been amazing. The shop feels more welcoming, organized, and overall just has a great atmosphere. You can tell they genuinely care about both the customers and the experience they provide. I especially want to recognize Sirena. Every time I’ve been in, she’s been incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She always takes the time to answer questions, offer recommendations, and make sure you leave happy. It’s rare to find someone who is both great at what they do and genuinely enjoys helping people, but Sirena is exactly that person. The new management team is doing a fantastic job, and employees like Sirena are a big reason why. If you're looking for a great cigar shop with outstanding customer service, I can't recommend Goodfellas enough.

This place has went down hill since the new ownership. They came in and changed the cigars, the liquor and they even took all the picture of the long time customer off the wall...this place use to be a place that welcomed ANYONE and they felt welcomed but now the ONLY welcoming thing about it is the old staff member (Kendra) she is amazing she gives 110% EVERY TIME she is friendly to everyone to walks through the door she is VERY informational!! Myself, my boyfriend and a small handful of old customers only will come in when she is there...the other employee has NO customer service etiquette whatsoever I honestly feel she is prejudice...and it seems the changes that were made were intended actually to get rid of the the old customers! They brought in cigars and liquor (and now pipes that they took out seating to put the eye sore of a display up for) that does NOT appease to the customer that come here or in this area this is Toledo Ohio. The only good that has come from the new ownership is that it has made us go find other cigar lounges...If it wasn't for Kendra I wouldn't waste one dollar of my hard earned money in that place that has shown me that every single change that has been made was made to get rid of hard working middle class people like me and ALL the customer the new ownership RAN away!!

Great selection. The ladies that work there are very knowledgeable on pipes and cigars. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this place. Only draw back compared to some of their competitors they have a smaller selection. Still wide enough you'll find one you like. Over all it's a great place and if you enjoy cigars or pipes check them out.

Have seen varying reports about the alcohols carried here, so decided to try it out. If you know alcohols, this place is legit. Probably the best Old Fashioned I have ever had anywhere in my life. I don't smoke much, but seemed like a pretty good selection.
