The buying experience was awkward and the piece I bought broke in 3 days. When I enetered the store, 3 adults behind the counter were having a conversation and they did not acknowledge me. There were no other customers in the store. I walked over to look at product, and a woman came over to help, however still continuing her conversation and not saying anything to me. No one greeted me and I basically had to interrupt their conversation to tell her what I'm looking for. I knew the banger I bought was cheap and wouldn't last long, but I would expect longer than 3 days. I would NOT recommend getting any pieces for your rig here. Wasted my time and money. ):

Best Smoke Shop ☆☆! SCORE On their City Smoker II! My FAV Vapes were On Sale On top of their already lowest price Around!! Westland & Garden City

I ran into some issues outside of the store the owner (I believe is name was TJ) and his helper Mike sprinted out to help me. I was so grateful for their help. I'm not sure what I would've done.

The best place in the area to get your two packs of cigarettes specials, They offer all kinds of low prices on all of a smoker's needs, cigarettes, loose tobacco, Vapes, glass pipes of every kind. The guy that works in there is so nice, if you don't have it he'll try to get it for you.

Very clean. Staff is awesome. Great prices and products. Will never go anywhere else.
