This shop is great- my husband usually is the one to go but every time I’ve been there I’ve been impressed with the customer service, the helpful education they’re able to give me and the problem solving- I just tell Ali (the owner) what I’m looking for, what challenges I’m having as a disabled person with hand problems and he comes through! Today I got a torch that is much easier to operate with my hand issues, and got to try new vapes that are a better value for me. The most awesome part is that they truly care about their customers. With my family and others that I’ve overheard in the store- they go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. There are a lot of smoke shops around but this one is really worth making a point to stop at! Clean, very well stoked, they’ll make sure you know the best way to purchase for the biggest savings and they are wonderful about explaining everything so you’re confident in your purchases. A+

Went in there for a vape. They hooked it up and gave me no tax but after I walked out of the store and opened up the vape (literally 5 feet away from the door) I saw the vape was leaking and went inside to get it exchanged but since I didn't open it directly inside the store they wouldn't exchange or refund me. Thought I found my new smoke shop but I guess not.

I just had a great experience at Smokers Depot and Beyond! The staff was super friendly and actually asked if I needed help, which is nice compared to other places. They have a huge selection of stuff like cigarettes, loose tobacco, vapes, pipes, glass bongs, nectar collectors, grinders, scales, trays, papers, and cigarellos pretty much anything you could want. I really liked that they let you try things in store, and they were clear about having no refunds or exchanges once you leave, which totally makes sense. They also said they’d replace any products if there were issues before you leave, which is awesome. Plus, their prices are the best around, and the staff is cool about negotiating. I definitely recommend Smokers Depot and Beyond if you’re in Garden City!

This place is a total waste of time, they tried telling me they don’t sell just chargers for the thc pen I bought so I bought another one that was supposed to have a charger in the box. No charger in the box went back up there and lo and behold they do sell just the chargers so he refunded me for the pen I bought. Now today my man went up there and they sold him a hookah they swore up and down would fit his hose this that and the other and refused to refund him. He said screw it went to walk out and they just handed him bags of hookah…. Because they knew they were wrong! This place is a total scam stay away at all costs and they charge ridiculous prices and scam they’re customers. If I could give zero stars I would!

They are SO awesome! Ordered cigarettes for me they didn't have. He text me to make sure it was the right thing. Stayed open a few minutes late so I could get after work. Cashier is very nice! Very nice people!
