I have been a loyal customer for years… never had a problem have had great customer service but I recently bought a chamber for my peak on June 14th the date is now June 26th and it is inoperable. I even brought my peak rig in and it wasn’t until the associate tried a brand new chamber in my rig that it worked. I am frustrated that a product i bought less than 2 weeks ago can not be exchanged for a new one when it is clearly not my fault but the products fault. I was told I need to go through the manufacturers warranty……. I am very dissatisfied with this result and will never go to shop that does not back the product they sell.

Been coming here for years. Great staff great products. The owner is very cool. If they dont have what I'm looking for they will order it. Ive introduced a lot of new products to them as well and those products have become top sellers for them.
