I went back to the shop to get a replacement and they are sending the vape back to the manufacturer so that this does not happen to others. I ended up buying a simple disposable, and it stopped working literally an hour later. When I went back to see if they could exchange it, I was told “all sales are final,” even though the device was clearly defective. The whole interaction felt rushed and dismissive. Honestly, there are plenty of other smoke shops around with better selection, cleaner stores, and staff who actually care. I won’t be coming back.
