After shopping exclusively at this store for the last 1.5 years for mine and my disabled mother's vape needs, they are refusing to sell to me without my mother present if I am using her debit card. They claim this is not a new policy...even though ive had no issue using her card for 1.5 years until now. I was a BIG fan of this shop based on customer service alone, thus my loyalty despite not always having what I need. But its not realistic to bring my disabled and cancer patient elderly mother with me when we have to use her card for our needs. There are 5 other vape shops within walking distance from us. They will be getting our business moving forward. PS to the Boss: please train your employees to recgonize when someone *with valid ID* is trying to purchase Puffco products from your store, likely the highest ticketed items on the shelf that don't move too fast in this town...to not make it a needlessly difficult transaction. It these post-covid times, we stay home when sick and send a healthy person out into the public. But I brought my cooties in after my friend wasted his gas to buy the Puffco accessory i needed. I thought the "person has to be here" was just a miscommunication with a new employee, but it appears not. Whomp. Miss ya already :( - sincerely, a retail manager who knows how to keep the lights on in a competitive market such as this. Bless

Absolutely awful experience. Natasha was rude, unhelpful, and clearly had no idea what she was talking about. I walked out without buying anything because dealing with her was that frustrating. Most of the staff just stand around on their devices with bad attitudes, so it’s obvious there’s little to no proper training happening. Customer service here has gone downhill fast. Save yourself the headache and go to Bill’s instead — same products, cheaper prices, and people who actually care about helping you.

For starters Ive been coming here forever. I came in other night looking for a vape, they didnt have my brand/flavor so they suggested fogger brand. I was not informed it needs a “kit” first. I tried to return the next day for a vape that cost even less than my initial purchase. It was going fine till the manager was called and told the employee i could switch my vape out for a “kit” THERES ONLY 4 flavors in kits None of which I smoke. I even told her I dont want any of those- theyre all ice flavors. So yeah long story the return policy is super bouge & Im hella irritated They lost a long time customer & Ill tell everyone IK to stay away from here

Wanted to scan my I’d instead of viewing for age over 21. Said it needed to be scanned to get into the system. Negative that’s horse crap. 💩
