I had a very nice experience tonight with a worker by the name of jackie I was having a rough day and she made a few jokes when helping me little things like that go a long way in customer services you never know who day you will make better and thanks to her my day was made

I bought a vape from here , my vape still has 2 bars and is fully charged on 100% but It won’t pull the battery on the inside moves around , I’ve been up there and expressed this I didn’t want a refund I just wanted a vape to replace my bad one . I spent 29$ on this just for it to stop working in 2 weeks

Bought an ecig from them that was defective immediately. Instead of practicing customer service especially when you come there weekly getting the same product, I was told to deal with it in the form of "once you leave the store" Not worth the headache when they barely keep the shelves stocked to begin with. Convenience is the only reason they were getting my business. But with that lack of customer service paired with lack of products. Go somewhere else guys.
