Very helpful and friendly customer service. My favorite tobacco store in the area because of the staff.

Always really nice to me. Today he let me exchange a disposable because it didn’t work out of the box. I did have my receipt. He checked it out and couldn’t get it to work either. Recommended testing them in the store next time just so it doesn’t happen again.

First, the man at the counter was on his phone. Never once greeted. He didn’t want to be bothered. And I was the only customer in there. Buy a piece and some swishers. Swishers were fine but the piece was broken from the bottom. I go back inside 2 min after I had just bought it and he claims I just dropped it, and that it was fine before and laughs. I should’ve checked it while I was inside but I didn’t think I had too. Do not come here to buy a piece. Not worth your money. They sell you rubbish. This happened on 4.13.23 at 3:25pm

Sold me extremely old and stale wraps. They have to be at least a year old or more since the current same brand comes with prerolled filters and the ones sold to me came with broken pieces of paper inside. Waste of money do not shop here.
