Seems like a great place for hookah. Staff was super helpful and attentive. Bowl was well packed. They had real coals as an alternative to quick lites. They brought out coals before being asked. Disposable hoses and extra mouth pieces for added cleanliness. There is also free wifi and a selection of drinks. (Non alcoholic) They even offered me a Tylenol when I mentioned I had a headache. Definitely would recommend. Negatives? - Music was slightly louder than I personally like, but wasn't obscene. - It is a fairly dark venue, but that adds to the feel. Not bad, just maybe not a preference. All in all, happy I found the place. Will visit again next time I'm in Minneapolis.

My Fiancee and I loved it here. We had one of the Turkish flavors of tobacco, which was delicious. The flavor lasted for hours; they use good quality coals. The staff were super kind and attentive. It was pretty dark in there so we had to squint to play cards, but that’s apart of the ambiance. Would definitely come back if we smoked hookah regularly.

The guy at the front desk was very unprofessional. He came across as rude and unhelpful when I asked simple questions. Instead of making me feel welcomed, he gave off an attitude like I was bothering him. Customer service should be about patience and respect, but that was completely missing here. Definitely left a bad impression.

Best customer service I have ever experienced at a hookah spot. They great you and walk you to your seat. The hookah comes out quickly and they ask if you need any assistance. They do a check back after 5-10 minutes to make sure it is right. The team there is super friendly and doing a great job! The ambience is cool and they play great music and always have the TVs going on live sports or whatever if popular on at the time. This is my new spot for sure!!

Customer service was very good. They are pricey with the hookah compared to other places in the city. But you get a free drink with hookah and the atmosphere is among the best in the cities. Nice clean facilities. Lots of TVs and plenty of seats. They also play the big UFC fights
