Well, stopped in and purchased an very small bag of specialty Tabacoo, for $25.00 a bag. Needless to say, the bag of Tabacoo was so dehydrated it was unrollable. I went back in less than an hour to exchange for a Fresh bag, as most stores really don't want to sell bad products. This lead to being told they will not exchange or refund, so "buyer be ware" after a short debate it was stated she would exchange, but no further returns. I stated, I will open a bag here in front of you, if bad, it due to the age of products and you should pull them, and let me have something Fresh. She had to call someone, they then stated refund, I said okay, pulled my card out, was told no, they don't need it, will get in a few days. Bottom line, now have a large bag of crappy Tabacoo, but fresh and I am taking a loss of about $5.00. Avoid this place until they will assure their producers are fresh!

Good location right off of 169. Nice shop, clean friendly staff, Mateo is very helpful and a fun guy to talk too. Very knowledgeable about the inventory. Good prices.

I’ve had great helpful experiences here everytime except for today. The young lady was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful and gave us wrong information about a product and said she wasn’t able to give us a refund on it right after we purchased it when we realized we were given false info. Sadly won’t be coming here anymore. Looking at the other bad reviews here talking about a specific employee i’m betting they’re all the same girl. Your customers would keep coming back more if the one person we seem to have bad experiences with would be professional and not give false information then refuse refunds etc. Love the store but the experience we had is unfortunate.

Great shop with a solid selection and fair prices. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the experience easy. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

If you want to spend more money than anywhere else, this is the place to go, I'm sure they can makeup their justifications for the overpriced merchandise. And I'm not talking about a dollar or two more. I'm talking about like $10 to $20 more on items
