One of the first things that I notice, any where I go is the customer service. So when I was greeted and help, it was nice to be treated like a person not just a transaction. Katt helped me find what I was looking for and made it a point to make sure I was going to be happy with my purchase. The store is clean they had a great inventory and the staff was amazing.

I’ve been a regular customer for a year or so. Overall a decent place. Like many others though, a little overwhelming. TONS of cheap garbage. But the owner always knocks a few bucks off for me as a repeat customer.

One of the best Tobocco store. They even made a special flavor for me. I appreciate them. Abed helped me find the best products. Much appreciate it. Highly recommended!

Be very careful about what you’re purchasing there. Make sure you look at packaging and make sure that it hasn’t been opened. I bought my daughter some supplements, and when I got to the car, I realized that the packaging was opened. I returned to the store and actually returned those no problem with that. However, when I gave my daughter the supplements, she later called me and said that somebody had replaced the supplements with mints. This is highly dangerous when somebody is tampering with pills somebody could’ve replaced it with something that could’ve killed my daughter. I’m extremely pissed off right now. This had to have been an employee that replaced the supplements with mints. These were behind a locked case the lady behind the counter had to physically unlock this case to get at these. I am going to be calling the health department because an employee at their store is tampering with pills at their store. This is extremely dangerous to people. You need to make sure you’re checking all packaging. If you go to the store I will never again return to the store somebody could be killed by purchasing items at the store.

A little history here before I begin my review. This used to be the AT&T store from 2019 till 2021. The store front was empty for about a year or so after AT&T left. Then All Star Tobacco moved in around 2023 it took about 3 months before they opened. With that said. First time visiting here 08/31/2025 just to see if they sold my brand of cigarettes Newport Platinum 100s. They did have a carton of my cigarettes at a cost of $130.50 which is the cheapest I found to date. I am finding out about a state law that makes these cigarettes God awful expensive in Minnesota! Customer service was good, store was well organized, and clean. Would recommend. Unfortunately, they offer no military discounts.
