Went in looking for a vape, wanted to check one out... the employee told me not to pick that one, it was discontinued by the company so if it didnt work he couldn't give me a refund. I said okay, and went with the one he suggested. The one I purchased never worked, right from opening the box it didnt turn on. When I brought the vape and receipt back to the store about 2 hours later I was told that they dont do refunds and "bro, this is a smoke shop, this is how we make money..." when I asked why he wouldn't refund a defective product. He said if I wanted a refund I should go through the manufacturer, its not his problem. If I buy a tv from target and it doesn't work, I get a refund from target, not the manufacturer. Horrible products and customer service
