Had the be back in 5 minutes sign out was waiting for 10 mins. So I called was declined 2 times then finally answered was told 2 ppl are on lunch and be respectful. If your running a business 2 ppl should take turns on lunch and if you put a be back in 5 minutes be back in 5 and if a costumer calls don't say be respectful...have some costumer service.

Excellent place i fully recommend it to everyone for all of you tabacco needs. Nasser and Gavin are two of the best people i have ever met. I drive to this store for my purchases from Savage MN. I don't go to any other store for my tabacco needs. I feel like family everytime i go in. They are wonderful.

Been going there for years. The owner when my boyfriend had a problem with his vape & the owner only works mornings, so I brought everything in and told him what it was doing, leaking all over & the owner flew off the handle saying he didn't know what he was doing. ( Yes he did it exactly right, he's been vaping for years) started yelling at me & throwing things on the counter towards me saying what do you want me to do about it. Very rude & angry & to a regular customer I was very upset. Can't believe an owner would act this way especially to customers let alone someone the 2 of us who have been going there for years. He lost us. Never a reason to act so unproffessional and throw a temper tantrum like a 5 yr old.

Best prices around, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Owner is the best. If you’re not shopping here you are missing out!!

Workers like to show up when they want too and just keep store closed during regular hours. Owner reached out and apologized.
