I’m disappointed I haven’t left a review sooner - I’ve been using them solely for years. I refuse to go to other shops for just about anything - they’re almost always more pricey than United. They continue to have extremely competitive prices, and don’t rob their customers blind. Nicotine pouches has gone up, as they have everywhere else. Everything else in that shop is significantly better priced than elsewhere. It’s clean, they just remodeled, and the guy that’s always working there is super nice and helpful and an absolute pro. I will update this review with his name for recognition next time I go. Long story short, this shop is the place to go for all your smoke shop needs, whether it’s a pack of cones, a bong, tobacco, cigars, etc, they have it.

A special shoutout to Datta — he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave excellent recommendations without any pressure. His customer service really made the visit smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place, and if you go, definitely ask for Datta!

This place sells fake counterfeit products and also add extra fees other than tax. They also sell to anyone without asking for any id. The shorter guy who works there most of the time is also very rude and unprofessional, seeming like he doesn’t want to really help you find what you’re looking for. There are so many better smoke shops in the twin cities that I don’t recommend this place to any of my friends anymore.

Best selection, prices, and customer service of any tobacco/smoke/vape shop I have ever been to, and that is quite a few. They always have good selection and stock, and are more than happy to go out of their way to accommodate the customer. Not to mention the points/loyalty system. Top notch, cannot recommend enough!
