Very friendly staff, great customer service and a wide variety of vape supplies and other miscellaneous! Definitely my new go to 😀

Apple City Tobacco has become one of my favorite stops in La Crescent, and every visit reminds me why. The moment I walk through the door, I’m greeted by a team that’s consistently friendly, upbeat, and genuinely happy to help. Their customer service never feels forced, it feels like walking into a place where people actually enjoy what they do. I personally pick up Lost Mary products on a regular basis, and Apple City Tobacco always has a great selection ready to go. The staff knows their inventory well and never hesitates to point me toward new flavors or deals I might’ve missed. On top of that, their rewards program is absolutely worth using. I take full advantage of it, and the savings add up faster than you’d expect, making each return trip even more satisfying. And then there’s the mascot dog, easily one of the highlights of the store. This little bundle of energy trots around with chew toys, greeting customers like an unofficial furry ambassador. It adds a warm, playful touch that makes the whole experience feel personal and memorable. If you’re looking for great products, great people, and a place that feels welcoming every time, Apple City Tobacco delivers. Live your best life!

Was ignored for 5 minutes with barely anyone in the store and then treated rudely and was very unhelpful while that went back to their phone. Too expensive also... do yourself a favor and just head down the road a bit for better service and prices! Prior visit bought a vape that I realized I'd bought in the past that didn't work EBCreate pineapple pom and my heart sank but thought it was a fluke then but no it was the same deal and I'd left and they didn't tell me you need to try then and there are they won't do crap for you and I didn't see the sign that says that. Other shop says that brand is known for faults so you think they would tell me to try it instead of trying to unload garbage to their customers! Well they are losing out more in the future on repeat sales than that one vape was worth because I me and my Wisconsin friends orders are not coming here anymore!

This shop doesn't just have your basic smoking needs but they go above and beyond with all the other goodies they sell. They have a stellar selection of apparel, accessories, crystals, and even some decor. The staff is also very friendly. They even have an adorable shop dog.
