I started using Bucks smoke shop about 2 years ago for all my tobacco products. Recently I decided to go the RYO route, I purchased a electric roller from this store. Used it 3 times and then on the fourth use it would not roll. I could not find a jam anywhere. Before I took it back I checked the site for return policy as I wasent if there even was one, looked at reviews and became concerned that I may have just lost a good chunk of change. But upon arriving at bucks I told the clerk the problem and presented my receipt. and to my delight was given an exchange which is what I was hoping for. Of course the clerk and the manager inspected the roller and did attempt to make it work and that would have made me happy as well, when they could not fix I was immediately and quiet happily given a new machine. I have always enjoyed my visits to Bucks. The kids working in there always great me with a hello and a smile and are always willing and ready to answer any questions I may have about any product I may purchase from store. The young man I belive is the manager is also always pleasant and professional. For a great customer exsperiance I would recommend this small local business to anybody interested in tobacco and other smoking related purchases. Good Job to the entire staff at Bucks. Bought a grinder a few days ago from this location. Had issues with it so brought it back in to see if it was something I did wrong or if it was defective. After talking briefly with a worker with a letter M (I believe) tattooed on his forehead I realized quickly that this is definitely not the place I will be shopping for my smoking related products. The guy was absolutely disrespectful unhelpful. Was looking for advice on the grinder I initially bought and worst case a price cut on ANOTHER new grinder. Got neither. Holding 0 accountability to your customers for your vendors sending you defective products is absolutely ridiculous. Your worker expressed “no refunds or exchanges on the glass section” multiple times to me. Last I knew a grinder was made out of metal. 0/10 recommend

Will only offer “flower” as an alternative to their defective products and even after I pointed out in the store that it wasn’t right the worker behind the counter claimed it was supposed to be that way (taller skinny guy) after a lot of back and forth I still was given the defective products. Brought it home. Couldn’t use it. Came back for a replacement and their “manager” is only available in the mornings? As a manager of a store should you always be available to your employees for problems? Anyways 10/10 don’t recommend even wasting the time to walk into this location. Go to Southside, Onalaska, or even go to the lacrescent. This location isn’t worth the hassle anymore.

Ok. Let me tell you, the displays in this place is like a museum. I feel like I should pay a cover fee for all the glass art I get to view!!! I want to buy them all, but more than anything I keep coming back to look around.
