Occurrence at Eagan location: Ended up being sold the wrong hardware against my own advice (I had told the cashier which ones I knew were the right ones) and when I went back with the 6 coils I bought, they up charged me for coils that I was only making due with as they were out of the coils I normally buy. I ended up leaving with 5 coils instead of the 6 that I had paid for originally. Pretty disappointing. Wouldn’t consider them geniuses by any means Won’t be back

Great vape shop. They take the time to explain and find the right flavors and mods for your lifestyle. Make sure you keep on top of your liquid. They sometimes run out of the more popular flavors. Call ahead to see if they are in stock. Other than that, it is a great friendly environment.

Great customer service and variety of juice. I have been having trouble getting my favorite flavors from others stores. I'm pretty picky. The shop keeper was patient as I asked a lot of questions. I was able to find a great substitute for one of my favorite flavors. Thanks. I'll definitely be returning a lot.

Loved the attention we were given. Wee were not the only ones inside the store but the person that helped us made us feel like we were. And truthfully the knowledge he had on all of our questions was amazing too. Definitely recommend this place.
