If I could give 0 stars I would. This place knows nothing about their products. They will sell you vapes without magnet batteries lying that it is a complete vape. They have horrible costumer service and get angry when you ask why they didn’t specify this in the product. I have terrible eye sight I’m disabled. And quite literally could not read the package. To which they replied just use your eyes next time to make sure your getting the right product. So they hate disabled people here as well. They will discriminate against any disability and try to scam you if you are disabled.

Disappointing experience. I bought 3 flavors of a new vape brand, tested them all in store immediately after purchase and one of them was defective. No flavor, just smoke. Cashier refused to let me exchange it for another flavor "because its already been used". Spend your money at a place with a reasonable exchange policy.

OMG CHAIMAA IS AMAZING! She knows how to handle customers even in bad situations she’s polite always has a smile on her face. She’s very aware of Products And how they work. Honestly, I try to come in on her schedule because she is the one that I feel holds this company together no matter if she’s really busy or not. She’s got you taking care of and she’s not afraid to handle people that are being truculent or abusive towards her in my opinion. This girl is the company she knows her stuff and if she would ever leave I know at least 12 people that wouldn’t be going there any longer that’s how much She does for That company at first I thought she was the owner and I thought yeah this is right she should be!! I’ll always return as long as she’s there!! Thank you for everything, sweetheart! You rock!

Knock off/fake products they lie about. Prices higher at register than the advertise on wall. Also rude woman who works there and the place smells terrible. Go anywhere else!!! 🚫
