Emad is absolutely phenomenal. Every time we walk into the shop, he brings the perfect mix of professionalism, friendliness, and genuine enthusiasm. He knows exactly where everything is, remembers what people like, and makes the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. What really makes Emad stand out is that he’s not a pushy salesman. He never tries to force anything on you, yet somehow he still makes you want to buy everything in the store because he explains things so well and makes the vibe fun. That’s real talent. He’s the kind of person who makes you feel confident about what you’re buying, and he does it with zero pressure. We truly appreciate how he goes above and beyond. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping customers find what fits them best. People like Emad are the reason customers stay loyal. He deserves recognition, appreciation, and honestly… A RAISE!!!!!! We’re definitely coming back because he’s so awesome. The store is great, but Emad makes it exceptional.

So the guy working there said I should try a vape. Talked me into it. I used it less than ten times and it broke and shot the vape liquid into my mouth. Now I have blisters from a reaction. I asked for a refund or exchange and the guy said they don't do that there. If my mouth doesnt heal real real quick I should contact a lawyer.

Always a great experience at Dragon!! Have come here regularly for all my vape shop needs for a couple years and won’t go anywhere else. Great prices and friendly staff!

Great shop and even better owner definitely would make this a go to shop!

I have had such wonderful experiences with these gentlemen. Always friendly and nice. They are helpful and all around just nice people! They even take time to know you by first name and remember!
