Been going here for 3+ years & it has become the only tobacco store/vape shop I will patronize, for the following reasons... 1) Really wide selection of vape brands & flavors. 2) The 1x I was unhappy with the performance of a device, the owner didn't gaslight me & he allowed me to exchange it for something functional. 3) No counterfeit products (it's actually a huge problem in the city... I've been burned a few times). 4) It's clean & not sketch.

Booty Backwoods & Booty service. Don’t risk it. I was at the location 4/21/26 in the afternoon. Did not enjoy my visit bought some booty woods, I asked if I can replace the one wood I bought for $4.15. Thank you but no Thank you. Please provide better quality woods so customers can leave happy and satisfied. Thank God for rolling paper.

I came here numerous times and purchased items from a helpful employee. Unfortunately I encountered a different employee who also seems to be a co-owner and refused to give me a refund on what I purchased after being over- charged and lied to. He had me call the police in order to get a refund and while waiting swore at me repeatedly yelling that he doesn’t care (using swear words the entire time). Sold to kids without asking for identification and vaped inside the store the entire time. Then stated he doesn’t do refunds on anything for anyone.

This smoke shop was one of the best I've ever seen & so visually stimulating I couldn't stop looking at everything. Their selections were phenomenal, organized, & the top brands for reasonable prices. I had to look at EVERYTHING & GET MY NOW FAVORITE SMOKER UTENSILS, HANDS DOWN! The staff was extremely helpful & knowledgeable & went above & beyond! Must see to believe!!!

Great selection and helpful staff, really improved since the last time I was here
