The staff was super friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me with looking at their different products. The only downside to this store is it's a small store with very limited products and selections compared to other smoke shops.

Was a regular customer until they sold me a defective vape and then refused to exchange it.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Clerk lied repeatedly and cried for the business owners to come. Would not allow me to purchase anything. I would not be surprised if he is laid off immediately after reading this. Staff acted like evil little girl that night it was comical.

I don't recommend going here at all. I bought a 50$ mushroom vape here and I asked the cashier before I got it does it actually work because I don't wanna waste my money on something that's gonna be a waste. he insisted the mushroom vapes were popular and worked so I bought one three hours later and I still feel nothing it's just a nasty flavored vape with brown liquid. I should've known better
