BEST SHOP IN MPLS!!! Seriously, can’t recommend them enough! The owner is incredible - kind, knowledgeable and always working to improve the shop! The clerks really know their shit and if they don’t have what you need - they will get it for you. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They also have an incredible assortment of vapes, cigs, glass and kratom products. 11/10 NO NOTES! Vibes are high - and it always smells like fresh bread and pizza! YUM!🤩😎🫶

I wish I could give this place five stars. Most of the people there are very pleasant. With the exception of two women. I’ll let you decide for yourself who those two women are. They are bitter beyond belief. They will constantly give you something other than what you had requested. They overcharge all the time. If there are white people ahead of you and you are black, get ready for both employees to turn all their attention to the white customer and not address you until you’ve waited a considerable amount of time, like five minutes or more. No greeting. No acknowledgement. Everyone else at this place is the opposite of these two employees. How I wish anyone else was working every time I walk I there. You can be polite to them. You can let their aggression roll off your back. You can respect them. But no matter how unproblematic you are, they will take it as an affront if you ask them anything, ever as small as “hey can I please get a small plastic bag” Besides just being weird behavior, it’s just unsettling to know that people can be this way. That they can commit to being that way for so long. I only wish we had more people who look like us working in the places we shop.

I saw a recent review exposing the blatant racism at this store. It’s been an open secret that the two yt ladies subject Black customers to nonstop micro aggressions, including, and up to over charging us. My wife who happens to be yt does my shopping for me. The service she receives is a drastic contrast to how they treat me. I refuse to visit this store. In fact, we try not to patron this store as much as possible. Please keep sharing your experiences here. Shoppers need to be warned about what they’re dealing with.

Even though the location is sort of shabby, and in a rough neighborhood, the shop itself is super warm and home-y. I love the owner and staff to pieces ! They have most things in stock, and if they don’t have something that you want, they’re good about ordering it. In the city/district of Minneapolis, where tobacco and smoke shop legislation is constantly an obstacle, it’s easy for your dollar to get taken advantage of. These guys won’t do that. They’re my absolute go-to when im in the twin cities. P.S. sometimes they’ll feed me leftovers from their homemade Algerian and Moroccan desserts … 🍨

They sell broken lighters and refuse to help solve the problem. Only 12 hours after buying it for 25 bucks he said I broke it when I didn't do anything to it didn't drop it or anything that could stop the flame. It sounds like it's going to explode the flame won't come out but the sound of the fuel still coming out for a 30 to 45 seconds after the click. Make it make sense.
