First time here. Not my regular place. Bought a large bag a tobacco, that is $20 every other place. Here it was $30, AND the guy said it was $5 off the normal price. So the normal price is $35, for something I can get anywhere else for $20. That’s a HUGE price difference. I can understand a few dollar difference, but not a $15 difference. Thanks , no thanks Won’t go back Be aware I couldn’t figure out how to reply, so I did an edit to reply. As the owner, you think it’s the customers job to show you proof of price at your competitors stores? That might work for a huge franchise like Walmart or target. That’s not gonna work for a little shop like yours. You just won’t have returned business. I would think a small shop like yours that would be 100% of your goal is returned business. If it’s not important to you to compete with your competitors, why would I waste my time coming back? When I can go somewhere else and just get a significantly lower price right off the bat? Your same size bag of tobacco is almost twice the price as everywhere else. I came home yesterday and dug out my last bag of tobacco from the trash, to make sure they were the same size, before I left this review. I didn’t wanna leave a false review. Look at my reviews. Very few are not 5 stars. Your prices are so over the top. As the owner, I think it’s your job to make sure you are in the market with your competitors. Not your customers job to show you. Good luck
