Amazing people! Outstanding deals!! Obsessed with the assistance as soon as I walked in! One guy in particular was joking with me about who looked more like Dewayne Johnson but then admitted he was a tooth pick haha! I forgot the guys name but it was awesome to shop with some Banter! Very friendly and professionally oriented. Very recommended . I don’t know how they make it happen but it works!

This place is the best! I came in today and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. I was looking for a certain disposable vape since mine ran out of juice. I was told if I bring in my old vape in I could get 10% off my purchase. I found out that they recycle old vapes, which is so cool. I kinda wish every place did this. I brought in my old vape cause it was just in my car and they gave me 10% off. It was super neat! I will for sure be coming back to this place. The staff was super helpful and friendly ☺️

Love med city vape shop. Coming here for 5 years now. Friendly staff. Get to know you really well and they know whatcha need when you come in.

Always polite and very helpful! Always ready to help you figure out what you need. Also this is the one vape store that doesn't sell 7/oh garbage and only deals in delta 9 gummies ect. They could carry all kinds of Kratom products but there decision not to because they dont want to contribute to this new problem also called Gas station heroine tells me all i need to know about integrity in a business and thats why its the only vape/smoke shot that i go yo in Rochester.

Med City Vapors really is the best! Always friendly and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. There is a smoke shop in the town where I live, but I always come here.
