Inconsistently priced items and each employee seems to have a different understanding of how items are charged. Went in one day and purchased two NEXPO pods for $7 a piece and then two weeks later they raised the price to the same as the vape + pod ($15.99) without any disclaimer. When asked why the price for the pod alone was the same as the vape + pod combo they said they don’t sell the pod alone (despite individual pods being openly sold in the display). Got charged over 2x the previous price because of this, and they refuse to explain why the price changed or how it makes sense for the vape + pod combo to be the same price as an individual pod itself. Lackluster and inconsistent. Probably should avoid this place if you want pricing transparency.

Has a great variety of cigars lighters etcetera the cashier is always helpful polite and is a smoker on top of it so they are garrenteed to know what they are talking about on all subject quality smoking needs this is my go to smoke shop if you are new in town and you smoke stop in and say howdy tell em Matt Myran sent ya you won't be disappointed

Silver Lake Smoke Shop feels like the side quest of Rochester. I walked in thinking I just needed a lighter… next thing I know I’m staring at a wall of glass pieces that look like something a wizard would smoke out of before casting spells. The place is packed with everything: vapes, papers, gummies, incense, and about 400 different lighters that all somehow disappear the moment you get home. Staff were cool and didn’t treat me like I was asking NASA-level questions when I said, “Which one of these won’t explode if I drop it?” Prices seemed fair, the vibe was chill, and it’s one of those shops where you’ll probably leave with at least one thing you absolutely did not plan on buying. Came in for a lighter. Left with a lighter, snacks, and the strong feeling I accidentally joined a loyalty program for bad decisions. Would return.

You should really change your hours if your not going to be open .multiple times * at least 4 in past year) have arrived prior to 945 . Each time I check hours on the door they still say 10pm.
