Bought my tobacco, asked me if I wanted a bag. I said sure, and grabbed my things off the counter. Apparently that was so rude that she refused to give me a free light, which she offered. I called in, and she proceeded to to tell me I can go to a different store to get my free lighter, no manager to talk too about it, and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. 4:30pm April 15.

I would usually say this place is great and it is great for some things but I understand there is a no return policy and no exchange policy... BUT I just got an Orbit and it was expensive I brought it home used it for 1 day and now the battery will not stay charged now I'm out of the product and out of alot of money.. sonwith that being said I do NOT recommend spending alot of money on somthing there cuz it will only work for a day..

Always awesome Desi who works there always can point me at what I need. The gentlemen (maybe owner) is also always friendly and accommodating. Can't say enough good things about this place.

It's a larger tobacco/head shop with a good selection, but the staff sometimes give off the feeling that we should be grateful for them being there. Keep in mind... There are other options.
