So I've been coming here for a couple months and all has been good until today. I went in and asked for a frozen watermelon Geek bar pulse. the guy who's always there was sweet and kind as always he helped me find and recommended something else for me and because I usually go there I trusted that today would be fine yet it was not. the Geek Bar that I was sold DOESN'T WORK AT ALL. I'm not trying to yell I just want to emphasize that I spent like 40 bucks and it takes me twenty minutes at least to get to this shop but I go because it's amazingly reviewed and the workers are nice but the vapes need to be checked or something idk. I'm just upset because I spent time and money and I heard that there's no refunds or exchanges and so I was just disappointed with this today. Not the service the workers are great, but the vapes not working is my issue cause this has happened twice now 😑 I added video because when you close a Geek bar it's supposed to light up and everything. It tells you the charge and the hits that are on it and none of that was happening I even charged it and nothing. When I go to pull from it nothing comes out either. Update: After I called yesterday Sunday 7/12 they assured me the rumor is NOT TRUE Tobacconist DOES do exchanges with viewable receipt and product. So I went in today Monday 7/13 and did just that. It was really great I was once again reassured that exchanges are more then fine and that's why it's recommended to try everything in store before leaving because it saves a trip 😊 either way I'm happy and glad everything was fixed I was helped and everything went smoothly and the worker was kind and sweet as always.

Hey all! Idk who all saw the review I left a couple of weeks ago...but it was honestly not a good one. Honestly? Chalk it up to I was having a bad day and I took it out on these amazing people who run a great shop...and they didn't deserve that! Bottom line...these guys have the best prices I have seen anywhere in the area! There's certain logistics and different ways people are going to operate and I have a better understanding of that now. My apologies to these amazing people...was not my intention to hurt your business. Will definitely be returning for more product when I need it. Y'all are definitely becoming my go to shop.

Sowy and Bella are awesome. They know what I get even though I can’t even remember the name of the flavor! Most people stalk up, but these guys are a good excuse to myself to leave the house, so I stop in each week as part of my routine. The only place I go to! And a cool rewards program - with a convenient cooler for an energy drink as a plus. Stop in!

Super nice place. Everyone I've interacted with there has been super friendly, their stock is varied, and they always have what I'm looking for. Its my number one place to go for my tobacco needs.

Bella is awesome!! She is so helpful and always gets us right! I only go to Tobacconist and she is the best! 10/10 service every time, so sweet!
