I’ve been shopping here for three years. Had the best service in town. Now summer of 2026 the staff has declined tremendously! I prefer not to purchase tobacco products from people that are not old enough to use them. They used to have no issue stocking items consistently. I went in the store three weeks in a row to be told they forgot to order the one item I’ve religiously purchased twice a month from them for three years. There are too many other shops. They’ve lost my business. Wish they could get their old staff back.

Decided to go in here for the first time in a few years. Seemed like the cashier was trying to hurry me out of the store and the selection wasn't as good as it used to be. Not great vibes all around. Head down the road a bit and go to 42 smoke shop instead, I've been going there for years and all the guys there are a lot more friendly

Sell defective batteries and vaporizers with no refunds and no returns no swapping. Do not shop here for ANYTHING non-consumable.

They double charged my credit card and have made it impossible to get my money back. Last time I checked that's stealing.
