I enjoy going in to check out what they have new. the prices are nice for certain things, and the staff are great very helpful with any questions.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. There was nobody in the store and the workers just sat there watching TV. I would much rather drive to Rochester and have a better shopping experience and cheaper prices. They do not represent Spring Valley very well.

They are very new and got a lot to learn about the hole deal but that being said I feel that they are extremely accommodating they are more then willing to talk to you about anything you may have questions about they are prolly the only smoke shop I know of that dose drawing for prizes or discounts I'm not sure on how often they do like if it's once a week er once a month but that's kinda sweet also i think they are willing to entertain the idea of costom orders but would have to ask them I highly recommend a visit to check it out for yourself
