I Live by your store and I do not understand why every time I buy something from here your employees are less than knowledgeable about the items you sale as It would be helpful if you want to keep customers literally had a couple of kids outside the store trying to buy blunt wraps and Black & milds the guy wouldn't sell them I'm 43 and got Carded buying a vape and at the same time it's frustrating buying a vape from your store and then the not having the appropriate accessories for them such as filters and such I wouldn't mind continuing to come there but you should have the accessories for the stuff you sell I'm just saying Update I was here on July 1st 2026 problem rectified spoken with a more than courteous employee ( who I more than appreciate) who helped me fix my problem with my Vapes order me more parts for my vape and met my needs appropriately literally and moving out of St Louis Park but I will be back when I'm working or in the neighborhood thank you much appreciated

I love the people that work here an also I believe shes the owner always gets what I need if they dont have it in stock but its mothers day today and I took a Uber to the shop got there at 10:20am waited tell 1030 an nobody came bummed me out I had to settle on paying another $20 togo to another shop an pay more for product... so im frustrated or maybe they are closed mothers day but didnt see it posted an Google said open. I will for sure still be a regular just the first unfortunate scenario I've ever had with the shop plenty more excellent experiences!!!

I really like this store and the staff are always helpful and polite. I gave them a review years ago before they switched locations. They are father away from me now, but the set up and parking make it so much better. It's worth it to save money for me.

Store attendant was nice, which I've found is uncommon for a tabacco store. Thank you for not babysitting me in the humidor.
