I have made a few trips to this establishment, and every time has been an amazing experience. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the shop owner, who is very friendly and presents a warm smile. The store layout was long and narrow and everything was easy to find. The store was immaculate and well organized categorizing the various products perfectly. The cigars were not hard and dry and preserved well also. The store is nestled in a small shopping area with ample parking, and it is in a great location if you're in the area. The cost and value were very good for the product, and some products were equivalent to what I was paying at other locations. If the product is not in stock he can order it. They take tap payment and have a rewards service. I would highly recommend this establishment, and if you're in the area, I recommend checking it out.

I have never left a review before, so this is new for me to take the time to do it. I have to say this is the BEST place! The customer service is top notch and the nicest owner and employees I’ve ever met at a store. They’re a great family owned business that genuinely cares for their customers needs and extremely well educated on all their products. THIS is a small business that knocks it out of the park!!

Picked up a few game leaves there earlier this week and one of them was horrible. I went back and asked if I could get an exchange for their crappy products. Was turned away. Horrible customer service. Don’t go there. Better off exploring other options in Woodbury for this. Will not be returning.
