I went into Tops the other night looking for a torch lighter. The owner, Jacob, introduced me to something I'd been hearing good things about. It's a Seahorse for concentrates and works perfect. Great price, awesome service and open later than any other place I know of. I highly recommend this place and most certainly will be back soon. Ask for Jacob, he'll help you find what you want. ✌️

Owner is very nice and helpful! Best selection of vapes on the coast!!

Amazing customer service. I went in not knowing what I was looking for and only had a vague description of the product we were looking for as my elderly father had thrown away the packing before I could replace it. They took the time to show me several product and explain the difference and choose something my dad would get the best value for the product.
