5 stars for Yaya’s on pass road. Andrew and the two ladies working there were all incredibly helpful and welcoming. Even though I didn’t catch the ladies’ names, they both jumped in to help me with anything i needed and made the whole experience enjoyable. Andrew had a vast spectrum of knowledge, whether it was E-Rigs, or simply preference on any particular product, the guy knows his business. Anyone that knows glass, knows that it’s expensive. I came in looking for a classic bubbler piece and I walked out of the door with a couple extra novelty items for less than $40 a piece. Great customer service, great atmosphere, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping people out. Smells good too. 😂 Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. Thanks Yaya’s!

Such an awesome store man. This young lady named Journey was working and I’d never met her before but it felt like I’d known her for 6 years. She was so so very sweet and very helpful with finding what worked for me! GIVE JOURNEY A RAISE!!!! PLEAAASSEEEE!!! #welovejourneyayas

Well, first off.. You shouldn't say, "do you need help finding anything today?" If you arent going to help the customer find anything. I understand that people have bad days somtimes, but you have to leave that stuff at home when you come to work. My girlfriend and I wanted some new jewelry and decided to stop by. We walk in and kinda joke around, this employee was not in a joking mood, made us feel extremely awkward about saying anything funny or nice in anyway. So we browse around for a little bit. Then- Yes! Jewelry, ive been wanting to stretch my ears, so I asked for assistance on what I size and what to do to start the process. The employee was already being gatekeepy and superior about it. Telling me most people start small but HE started with a 14. (Big guy, I bet he didnt cry or anything, very impressive. As we were in the middle of looking and deciding he decided to just walk away like I wasn't even worth dealing with, the poor female employee walked up and asked if I wanted to look at anything. I just said no and walked out. Im done dealing with this place. Everytime I go I get the feeling I shouldn't have walked in to begin with. For a place that seems to promote "good vibes" it really aint here man

I love this place! They have everything, clothes, skateboards, jewelry and a back room for pipes and goodies 😉 😀. Wonderful staff and a very cool guy there ....I don't remember his name but he has an amazing style and is so helpful and informative 👍. I'd go back just to see him again...handsome and such a nice guy. By the way I'm 70 yr old so it's not what you're thinking...lmao

I have been shopping at Ya Ya's since I moved to Biloxi in 1999. One of the coolest and most unique lil shops on the Coast. I went from buying posters and decor to buying cool clothes and hats to taking my kiddo there and introducing him to the skate shop. Now I have had the sincere pleasure of introducing my grandson to the wonderful world of Ya Ya's. That Mia Girl has been so awesome and patient with me and always makes sure I feel welcome! I love passing on the spirit of Ya Ya's!!!
