He also made recommendations on what products I might like after asking me a few questions which helped me make an informed decision about my purchase. And finally, he set up my new vape and showed me how to use it, which was super helpful.

Bought a vape, told them it had literally no flavor. They were kind enough to give me a second one for no charge. Tried another one, same thing. Then I offered to pay more for a brand that would, idk, maybe work, and then the 3rd time, same thing. 3 different vapes, every single one so old or bad quality that they taste like literally nothing. I'd "keep trying it, the flavor will eventually come" if the 3rd and final vape didn't stop working entirely after the 2nd puff. So I paid for one vape, tried 3, and left giving them money for 3 products that didn't work at all. I get it, you wanna sell the old inventory cuz you're a business and dont wanna eat the cost, but offloading your shitty old inventory on your "customers" maybe is the reason you don't have any. There's a vape shop at every corner, you wanna make money, then my recommendation would be to not scam your customers and sell products that work.
