Great shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are the only store I deal with especially when it comes to your higher end mods. Got my first Boro Tank Mod here and they helped me to set it up and literally walked me through every process of setting it up. Great selection of juices and they have everything from traditional vape pens all the way to your higher end mods they have it all. Definitely worth checking this place out. If you haven’t you’re missing out.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable. They have an amazing selection of vapes and flavors, and the shop is always clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

This establishment earned my absolute loyalty from day one! EVERY employee that I have met has been very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and most patient. The environment inside the store is immediately warm, welcoming, and smells lovely! Their prices are better than reasonable, in my humble opinion, and their products are prime! When I need to go and get a refill, I look so forward to it because I get the opportunity to talk and share short stories with the employees whom I have come to know, and most importantly, to love on Tinkerbel! (She either loves you, or she bites you) She loves me! ❤️ Recently, I hadn't been to the store in a while, and when I went back in, the guy (I wish I knew his name) said, "Hey! I haven't seen you in a while. I was hoping that you were ok." Now, how nice is that??? This place is a 10 in my books!

Thank you so much to Jason at Cloud 9 for the excellent customer service and overall experience!! The amount of time and knowledge that is given each time I visit is honestly something you can't get anywhere else!!! He took the time to educate me, and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend checking them out! There is a wide variety of products to choose from and a knowledgeable friendly staff that make you feel at home every single time!! So much thanks for today... I absolutely LOVE my new mod!! 10/10 satisfied!!!!

Great selection and awesome customer service! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Definitely my go-to vape shop in Hattiesburg.
