It's a good shop to stop at sporadically or occasionally and I've been assisted by staff fairly but management is lacking or lazy or something. They have 2 locations in hattiesburg. Their rewards/loyalty program isn't setup at this location and it's been this way for many months. Management also refuses to split stock between locations so an item that sells out here and is surplus stock at the other store just remains out of stock until the wholesale supplier delivers a shipment. Staff did notify management but management apparently couldn't be bothered to split stock at some point over 2 weeks or fix their loyalty rewards program problem within 5 months. I love this location's potential and aesthetics but it doesn't feel like a local business in the community and that sucks

Dude! From the manager to every clerk I've seen - they're all great. No pressure, no bs. And the mgr even asked what stuff I might like and damned if I didn't see it on the shelf not too long after. You might find better prices but you WON'T find cooler or chiller peeps
