Store employee rude. Will NEVER return. Can't run a business when you employ people with bad customer service.

I bought a bottle of juice and it was expired. i called to ask for a refund or an exchange and i was told that couldn’t be done. 10/10 don’t recommend they are selling expired juices for vapes. They clearly don’t care about keeping customers

If I could give no stars I would worst service I have ever received! Wouldn’t give my husband a refund for a product he bought! Then when he asked to speak to a manager he was told no that she is at home sleeping which is completely unprofessional! Then I call and ask for the girls name and when she asked me why I told her why and she said my husband was lying!!! I will be reporting this store and the lack of management!

They should just shut this place down. Went in today for juice. They literally know nothing about the products they sell. Credit card machine didn’t work and they expected customers to have exact change. I guess they like to pay a guy to sit there all day in his phone. This is the 3rd time I’ve gone in there unable to make a purchase. The store is dirty and I don’t understand that. The guy was too lazy to even greet me after I said hi. I’m tired of these places acting like it’s a burden to wait on a customer. Go to Mid south vapors just down the street instead. They are friendly, knowledgeable and know how to treat their customers 😁

I quit going here months ago (after being a customer for years) because of the guy that was the manager. I’ve never met a more disrespectful and unprofessional jerk before. I reluctantly went in today for a specific part and was pleasantly surprised to meet the new manager Taylor. I will be coming back to Vapor Maven now… Taylor was helpful, professional, nice and courteous. SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE OTHER GUY!
