I stopped at the S'haven location less than an hour ago (1pm-ish) and while they didn't have what I wanted to buy, he was helpful and referred me to the Hernando location, stating they had a Happy hour special I could use on that product and that he would call and let them know what I wanted, and would be able to get the happy hour deal on the product(s) since they had them and the first location didn't, they'd honor it. I even got there before said happy hour wto decide on varieties of the product since I'd be getting 3. The person working acknowledge me as "coming from Southaven" so he was aware of why I was there he says "it's 2:01 SO HAPPY HOURS OVER!" going on to say the price it would then cost me. It's whatever on the price, but after being so smug, obviously inconvenienced by my presence and not being helpful at all but the opposite, acting as if I were keeping him from something (the store is and was empty the time I was there not one other customer in sight) Once I realized this guy wasn't joking I politely said I wouldn't waste anymore of his time nor disturb him with trying to buy from there. I will never return or let anyone I care about shop there. Ive had one of the worst weeks of my life and still managed to be kind after him being a total rear! Do not recommend and check the expiration dates on anything you buy there. Before this, my last visit there, I was sold 3-year expired product off the shelf at above the going average retail price. Way better places out there

Have been here a few times now. Service is a 10/10 wish I could rate higher. We were lucky enough to have Dalton help us out and he has been fantastic every time. I wish more places had employees like him.

I have used this store for well over a year. They are always kind and helpful to me. Sometimes it takes me a while to decide what I want! I enjoy happy hour

Great store and knowledgeable staff. I was assisted by a young man named Anthony? He was respectful, knew his products and had great recommendations. Had a great side conversation about traveling and our shared interest in going to Numbani!

I didn't really know what to get being new to everything. However a young man name Anthony helped answer every question I had to make sure I had the right rig. I would highly recommend VaporSmart between knowledge to equipment and staff. If your new to it I would ask for Anthony again thank you so much.
